Now that we've had a chance to see both daytime and nighttime settings for citadels, let's make a decision on what to do in the future Very Happy Since it's easy and cost-free to change between the two settings, I've included an option where we simply change every build tick - so, one week day, one week night, repeat ad inifitum. It'll of course be easiest to just pick one and stick with it, but if the majority wants the weekly change I'll try my best to remember to change

Apple, the citadel is our home/headquarters, now. Very Happy To access it, head to the clan camp (you can equip and right click on your vexillum to be teleported there), and jump into the big, glowing portal you see there. Come back soon, and we can visit and explore. alien

Well, the first week the citadels came out, everyone's lighting was set to make it look like it was daytime, in the citadel. We have the option to set the citadel to look like it's always daytime or always nighttime. Or, of course, we could manually go and change it weekly, to switch between the two. If you can visit the citadel, now, you'll notice it looks dark, giving it the illusion that it's night. See which you like better. santa

I'll just mention that as I usually play on low detail, I barely noticed a difference unless I panned up and looked at the sky. But changing to high detail made a HUGE difference. So I guess this setting will mostly matter to those who play in HD.

eh only one who voted for night lol. can turn lighting detail to low to make it look like day, so almost like getting both.

Day or night, makes no difference for me :p only difference is colour of sky. So I don't mind it either way.
